Welcome to ZodiacPulse at https://thesharpblog.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Saurabh Vishwakarma (“we,” “us”), Founder and operator of ZodiacPulse, located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India 226001.

The Site is offered worldwide, with content written primarily for readers in the United States. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. The service

ZodiacPulse publishes sun-sign horoscopes (daily, weekly, monthly, love, and money), love-compatibility snapshots, and personality-style readings. Features may change. We may add, pause, or remove tools, ads, or pages at any time.

2. Entertainment only — no professional advice

All horoscopes, compatibility scores, personality snapshots, and related commentary are for entertainment and general interest only. They are not:

• medical, psychological, or mental-health advice;
• financial, investment, tax, or legal advice;
• a substitute for a licensed professional, a full natal chart, or emergency services.

Do not make health, money, relationship, or safety decisions based solely on this Site. If you are in crisis in the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live). If you are under 18, use the Site only with a parent or guardian’s permission. The Site is not directed at children under 13.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy content or images except as allowed by ordinary browsing or a written license;
• interfere with servers, inject malware, or bypass security;
• misrepresent the Site, impersonate us, or use our name to promote unrelated products;
• use automated tools that overload the Site;
• post or send unlawful, harassing, or infringing material to our contact channels.

5. Intellectual property

The Site design, logos, compilation of readings, and original text are owned by Saurabh Vishwakarma / ZodiacPulse or licensed to us. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish our articles as your own, wrap them in another app for sale, or remove notices.

Zodiac sign artwork and third-party fonts or icons (including Font Awesome) remain the property of their owners and are used under their licenses.

6. Advertising

The Site may display third-party ads, including Google AdSense and video ads. Ads are labeled as advertising. We are not responsible for advertiser websites, products, or privacy practices. Clicking an ad is at your own risk. Ad placement may appear on the home page, readings, and other pages we enable.

7. User submissions

If you email ideas or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that feedback to operate and improve the Site without payment. Do not send confidential information you wish to keep secret.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, that the Site will be uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZodiacPulse AND Saurabh Vishwakarma WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON HOROSCOPE CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50.

Some jurisdictions (including some U.S. states) do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

11. Third-party links

12. Changes and termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that U.S. consumers keep any non-waivable protections of the state where they live. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
